PMK 1213 - FUNDAMENTALS OF MARKETING
SEMESTER 3
This subject introduces students to the basic concept methodologies, applications, and production of Operations Management.

The topic discussed in this course is operations strategies, product, process and service design, process strategy, and selections, aggregate planning, job design, and work measurement, quality management, project management, and others.
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:

CO1 Define and explain micro and macroeconomics principles and concept from conventional perspectives. (C2, P1, A1)

CO2 Apply formulas to calculate the economic data given and elaborate the economic situation. (C3)

CO3 Determine the economic situations using set of economic data and propose the economic solutions. (C4, A3)
Kursus ini membincangkan sejarah dan politik, Perlembagaan Malaysia, Sistem dan Struktur Perlembagaan Negara, Kemasyarakatan dan Perpaduan negara, agama kepercayaan dan juga mendedahkan tentang kepentingan organisasi MARA dalam pembangunan negara. Kursus ini adalah bertujuan untuk melahirkan graduan yang mempunyai identiti kebangsaan, dan semangat patriotisme yang unggul. Pengajaran dan pembelajaran akan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kulian secara atas talian, kelas tutorial secara bersemuka, tugasan, pembentangan dan pengalaman pembelajaran.
Sport Industry course is designed to expose students basic knowledge about the introduction to sports industry including the segmentation in sports business, marketing strategy, economics, legal issues and governing bodies in Malaysia in order to prepare them as marketable employees.
This course is designed to exposed students to human anatomy. It is good for students to understand human anatomy related sports injury, sports massage and critical disease.
This course/module assists students to develop the communication potential through practical experience. Students learn communication skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. Besides that, students will learn to overcome the nervousness and fear everyone feels before the presentation, organize and present their ideas logically and convincingly and deliver the presentation.
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to :
1. identify grammar usage in written forms.
2. write effectively using principles and techniques in writing.
3. use skills and strategies to aid reading.
4. listen for specific information to take notes.
5. discuss using language function based on given topics.
